1Blend fairlife milk with Lakanto Monk Fruit Sweetener , vanilla bean paste , a pinch of salt , and xanthan gum together until smoothfairlife milk: 400 g, Lakanto Monk Fruit Sweetener: 40-45 g, vanilla bean paste: 5 g, salt, xanthan gum: 1 g

2Freeze the base mixture for at least 16 hours

3Run the frozen pint under hot water for at least 60 seconds to loosen it

4Spin on "Lite Ice Cream" setting

5Spin on "Respin" setting if the texture is powdery

6While waiting, combine white chocolate chips with coconut oil and melt in the microwave in 30s intervals, stirring between each intervalwhite chocolate chips: 15 g, coconut oil: 2 g

7Using a butter knife, hollow out a hole down to the bottom of the spun ice cream
